Four stages, with a decision point at each one.
Feasibility
We assess the target, the sample matrix and the concentration range you need to resolve, and tell you honestly whether a sensor is the right tool.
Sensor generation
Candidate sensors are generated against your molecule and triaged down to the constructs worth building.
Optimisation
High-throughput engineering tunes dynamic range, affinity, specificity against near neighbours, and expression. Optimised assays typically reach a Z′ factor above 0.8.
Transfer
Validation in your matrix, a written protocol, and the assay running on your plate reader with your team. Typical timeline from kickoff to transfer is two to four months.
What we're a good fit for
Enzymes whose product has no direct detection method and is currently inferred through a coupled cascade.
Metabolites currently measured by LC-MS where instrument time is capping library size.
Programmes that need initial rates and mechanism, not just endpoint inhibition.
Targets that have been shelved specifically because the assay was the blocker.
